Deposits and booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

Do not send multiple booking requests to more than one hotel at the same time.

If you receive a confirmation, the hotel may ask for a deposit to guarantee the booking. This deposit can be paid by wire transfer, providing your credit card details by fax, or online using kohsamui.com's secure server.

Never send credit card details by email or from unsecured websites. Either use our secure server or send credit card details by fax.

If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email and / or fax.

After sending an enquiry a or reservation, please give the resort 2-3 days to reply to your enquiry or reservation.

For pick-up service please re-confirm with the hotel 3 days before arriving
