The Sandalwood Villas are a group of three Villa units, designed to be private, yet close enough for intimate family or group holidays. They are perched on a steep hillside overlooking Chaweng and the north coast of Samui.

The drive up the mountain leads you to a most spectacular site that provides you with magnificent views of Samui's Eastern and Northern coastline. The complex is a most perfect Sun and Moon rise viewing location.

The villas have been constructed on over 1 Rai (2,100 square meters) of sloping land, which has been tastefully landscaped to incorporate the enormous granite boulders that dot the site.

This gives you an immediate sense of being in a most sublime natural setting.

Sandalwood comprises three individual buildings each containing a Master Bedroom.

The main central unit has an upstairs Master Bedroom with private balcony, a Main Bathroom with Villas, a possible 2nd bedroom (ideally for children), large living areas, fully equipped kitchen and expansive tiled deck.

The lounge and dining area is quite spacious, and is furnished with Tropical Thai items. A Satellite TV with DVD and VHS Players as well as CD player cater to most audio-visual requirements.

The two smaller buildings each contain a Master Bedroom and lounge, en-suite bathroom with bath, large built in wardrobes and a loft with double bed perfect for older children.

All three buildings have large paved decks, which are covered except for the main buildings deck.
A large open plan covered entertainment area, which leads to the stunning infinity edge pool, is on the ground floor of this unit. A dining setting for 12 affords stunning views of the sea and coast. A casual lounge overlooks the pool and is undercover providing a cooling setting.

The venue is perfect for casual or formal dining, all day lounging, group meetings or just family get together.

The Villa is destined to become famous for arguably Samui's most spectacular pool. The infinity edge blends into the different colors of the sea throughout the day.

The view from the pools edge is hypnotizing and will probably be one of the mot popular relaxing points in the villa.

Several sun lounges and an outdoor dining area surround the pool offering choice for those wishing to read, relax or tan.

The Villa complex is wonderfully located being approximately equidistant from Chaweng and Lamai. This means that there are a host of dining, shopping and entertainment options within a 10 minute drive. The closest swimming beach is Coral Cove which is only a 3 minute drive away. This is a lovely white sand and relatively safe swimming area.

The Villa has three fulltime staff that are on call 24 hours a day during your visit and are supported by our resident manager, who resides in a wooden house that guards the property at the roadside. The staff will cater to your every need, whether it be arranging an in-villa spa treatment, babysitting or sightseeing tours. We suggest you enjoy the services of one of our experienced Thai chefs to prepare "what you want, when you want it". You can even learn to cook Thai cuisine in the comfort of your own villa kitchen if desired.

Jasmine Villa can accommodate more than 2 persons , but this is in a non -private loft with 1 queen bed.

A beautiful and romantic hideaway, Jasmine Villa features two sleeping areas, one situated on the main level and one in a separate loft mezzanine.

Marble floors, teak doors and elegant Thai furnishings give the villa an opulent yet spacious feel. The king-sized bathroom features a freeform terrazzo bathtub with power shower and huge windows overlooking the ocean

Wide glass doors open onto a sweeping balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent view from your dining table or lounger.

Orchid (Jasmine) can accommodate more than 2 persons , but this is in a non -private loft with 1 queen bed.

This villa has 1 luxurious king size bed and 1 queen size in the loft.

Orchid Villa is another charming room that benefits from all the luxury and amenities of Jasmine Villa. Spread over two levels, a main floor and loft mezzanine.

Marble floors, teakwood doors and elegant Thai decor are featured throughout. You can enjoy stunning views of neighboring islands while you soak in the free-form terrazzo bath tub or indulge in a power shower.

Take in the magnificent views from your private covered terrace.

Situated in a pretty tropical garden with its own open deck, Gardenia Villa has extensive glass doors and windows that create a wonderful light, airy atmosphere.

Features beautiful Thai style decor, luxurious furnishings, marble floors and teak doors. Gardenia villa also benefits from a mini-kitchenette in the main living area and oversized marble bathroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi.

You can enjoy romantic dining on the balcony with the bright lights of Chwang and neighboring islands in the distance.

Plumeria Villa offers spacious accommodation (75 m) and includes a well equipped kitchenette, a beautiful oversized bathroom and additional living and dining areas. Extensive glass windows and doors provide a light, airy feel which is complimented by cool marble floors, traditional Thai furniture and stylish décor.

The property features an open terrace from which you can enjoy a drink or meal alongside the breathtaking views of Chwang bay and surrounding islands.

Leelawadee is Sandalwood's most secluded villa and features a Jacuzzi plunge pool on a covered outdoor balcony overlooking Chaweng beach and the neighboring islands. The property has three bedrooms, one with two twin beds, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. It benefits from a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and two stunning marble bathrooms.

The walkway to this villa is about 1-2 mins from lobby and restaurant down a hill.

Lotus villa features the most amazing 270 degree view of the surrounding coastline from it's enormous open plan balcony. This large villa has all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen, additional living and dining areas, and an oversized marble bathtub with separate shower.

This villa has a very open indoor/outdoor feeling. The terrace is quite spacious and is adjacent to our infinity edged pool. The private Jacuzzi is fitted in the corner of the covered terrace.

Amarin villa is one of our newest villas. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has beautiful Villas of the coastline and outer islands. It has all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen. The villa has extensive marble, granite and hardwood throughout. It has a very spacious poolside terrace with its own private outdoor Jacuzzi bath.

The generous marble and granite bathroom has 2 wash basins, and a separate shower/bath. There is traditional Thai furniture and stylish decor.

Camellia is one of our newest villas. The main bedroom has 1 luxurious king size bed .The second bedroom has queen size bed .

2 bath villa has sweeping panoramic views of the coastline and outer islands. This spacious villa is designed with marble, granite, and hardwoods throughout A private plunge pool is set into the terrace.

The bathroom has 2 wash basins and a separate shower/ roman tub. There is also a kitchenette for your use if needed.

Extensive glass windows and doors provide a light, airy feel which is complimented by cool marble floors, traditional Thai furniture and stylish decor.

Customary Buddhist Marriage Ceremony
USD 1,500++ and includes

This is a traditional Thai wedding experience. Five Buddhist monks will attend the ceremony and begin the proceedings with a prayer for the happiness of the marriage. This is followed by the Head Monk blessing the bride, groom and wedding party with holy water. To complete the ceremony the happy couple then present a food offering to the monks (provided by Sandalwood). Please note that the ceremony normally takes place around 10am, and must end before 12 noon, as Buddhist monks are not allowed to eat any food after that time.

This package also includes:
