The three bedroom Plantation Villas have an open plan
design, all having their own infinity edge swimming pool.
With the master bedroom and the two secondary bedrooms, all
with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, separate from
the dining and living areas the spacious sites are all
slightly different. With a total indoor living space of
around 150 square meters, not including staff quarters, all
villas have an extensive outside patio/veranda and pool
area, all contain a large modern kitchen, carport or garage,
outside Sala (open pavilion), guest toilet and living
quarters for the villa staff. Each villa has its own live in
staff offering full cleaning and laundry services as well as
a chef for all your catering requirements. |

The larger villas of four and five bedrooms are designed
along the same lines with a free flow open design giving a
high level of privacy to the villa guests should they want
it. Having all of the facilities of the Plantation villas
the pools in these villas are also larger.
Being an Estate there is a private central members area
with a tennis court, air conditioned gymnasium, squash
court, changing rooms and intimate bar and restaurant. The
Estate Management office is also located here. There is 24
hour security to ensure both privacy and safety..
The entire estate is covered by WIFI broadband internet
and each villa has Cable TV, DVD and CD services.
With luscious tropical landscaping, the Estate is a
holiday experience to be enjoyed with close friends and
family in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment.

The Plantation Villas are all built on approximately the same
plot size of around 800 square meters. They all contain the same
basic elements of master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, living and
dining area, kitchen (in some the kitchen is separate in others
the kitchen forms an integral part of the living dining area),
large terraces, 40 square meter swimming pool, parking for two
large vehicles and a maids living area. |

An outside Sala and lush
tropical gardens finish off the whole for your stay in one of
Samui’s finest Managed Estates. The villas all have four
separate buildings if one includes the Sala and have a total
living area of around 400 square meters |

The Villas are all slightly different in
layout with some having a south eastern aspect and some having a
south western aspect – however because each Villa has views in
both directions (East and West) the rising sun as well as the
setting sun can be seen from all villas (some better than others
but for all of them it is spectacular).
With 24 hour Estate
security, each Villa is very safe and private and can be self
contained once the gates are closed. Because of the layout of
the estate the villas are given enough space not too really
overlook each other thus ensuring a high level of privacy. |
