Alle Häuser sind im Halbkreis um den unmittelbar am Palmenstrand gelegenen Designerpool angeordnet.

Da die hinteren Häuser jeweils einen Meter höher als die vorausgehenden sind, haben Sie von jedem Haus eine perfekte Sicht zu Pool, Strand und Meer. Die hinteren Häuser haben zus?tzlich noch eine besonders attraktive Suntopterrasse über der eigentlichen Hauptterrasse.

• Additional Person : The villas as well as the apartments can host up to 6 or 7 persons

  * Child under 2 years of age surcharge FREE OF CHARGE

• Beachfront Villa (#1 and #8) located next to the beach extra charge THB 1,000 per night

• Electricity : Electricity is controlled by Voltmeter on arrival and on departure; price 7 B./Kw (If you prefer to have the electricity already included in your rental rate, we will need to charge 550 B./ day.)

• Elektrischer Strom: bis zu 15 KW taeglich werden als " normaler" Verbrauch angesehen und sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Darueberhinaus gehender Verbrauch wird mit 8 Baht je KW berechnet.
