Deluxe Rooms

Deluxe Rooms are stylish, with an emphasis on exuberance and furnished in the finest Asian decor. Finely appointed with all modern amenities, every deluxe room is designed with its own private whirlpool.

Deluxe Rooms are located in the main building of the resort. Each of the 43 Deluxe Rooms is over 50 square meters (538 square feet) in size, including a spacious private terrace (12 square meters or 129 square feet) and features either a King bed or two twin beds, large writing desk, high speed internet access, two phone lines, relaxing area with a traditional Thai day bed, satellite TV and mini bar. The unique bathrooms are equipped with separate sunken showers which leads to whirlpool tubs located on private terraces. Interconnecting rooms are available.

The Lamai and Chomview Suites

The Lamai and Chomview Suites (one bedroom suites) are located on the 6th and 7th floor of the main building and offer 95 square meters (1,023 square feet) of luxuriously appointed space with breathtaking views over the Gulf of Siam. The spacious terrace of each suite is 16 square meters (172 square feet) totaling a floor space of 111 square (1,195 square feet)meters for each. Both suites have a spacious living area which connects to a King-size bedded room and boosts the finest of amenities. Interconnecting Deluxe Rooms are available for a two bedroom suite option.

Villas

Villas are located around the beach level of the resort in the fragrant, tropical gardens. One's imagination will be spoilt by the wall encompassed luxurious villa with an exclusive private plunge pool overlooking our tranquil gardens or the vast sea.

Each of the 32 single story villas is surrounded by lush vegetation which assures each guest complete privacy. The villas have a living area of 60 - 64 square meters (646 - 689 square feet) in size and 96 - 102 square meters (1,033 - 1,098 square feet) outside private terrace and plunge pool with sun beds and a dining area accessible from the spacious living room through traditional Thai doors. Each villa features a separate bedroom with a King size four-poster bed and separate living area, each bedroom comes with a private bathroom featuring double vanity and sunken bath/shower. The villas are furnished in the finest Asian decor with hardwood teak floors and boasts views of the Gulf of Siam or the beautiful gardens.

Royal Lamai Villa

Royal Lamai Villa comprises two luxurious bedrooms and is located on the beautiful beachfront overlooking Laem Nan Bay with direct access to the resort's picturesque beach.
The Royal Lamai Villa has 215 square meters (2,314 square feet) of space including a large 116 square meters (1,249 square feet) outdoor terrace. One bedroom has a King size bed and the second one is furnished with two twin beds, each with beautifully appointed private bathrooms. The central living area which leads to a private terrace and swimming pool offers amazing views of the bay.

REQUIRED LEGAL PROCEDURE FOR

WEDDING CERTIFICATION IN THAILAND

Please note that hotel does not provide any legal arrangements; the bride and groom are required to contact their respective embassy for details regarding legal concerns.

Below you will find the steps to follow for having the wedding validated by the Authorities in Thailand and recognized abroad:

Step 1

Issue the certificate Letter for bride and groom from the respective Embassy of your country in Thailand (in English Language).

Step 2

The Certificate Letter for bride and groom issued in English language by the embassies, have to be translated into Thai language by any Law office in Bangkok.

Step 3

The original of the documents from point 1 and 2 must be validated and stamped (on every page) by the Ministry of Foreign Affair in Bangkok.

Note:

The valid passports of bride and groom must be shown for steps 1, 2 and 3.

To complete the above, you may plan 3 working days in Bangkok (please take into consideration the Thailand’s Public Holidays). It is strongly recommended to make appointments with the Authorities in order to have the documents issued on time.

Step 4

Once in Samui, the documents will be given to Nathon City Hall a few days prior to the wedding (according to check-in date) for issuing the Wedding certificate. (in Thai language). The authorities come to the hotel for signing the documents after the wedding ceremony at the hotel.

Please note that hotel is not responsible for completing the steps from 1 to 4; the bride and groom are the sole responsible for issuing the correct documents.

Step 1 to 4 are not required if the bride and groom do not need any legal paper for certifying their wedding.

Fitness Centre :

The fully equipped fitness center offers a range of free weight, exercise equipment and treadmills. In the Spa itself there are separate steam rooms for ladies and gentlemen as well as plunge pools.
Open daily from 6.00am to 10.00pm.

Recreation Activities :

The resort has many recreation options including Thai boxing classes, massage lessons, and a Thai cooking school. Mountain bikes for exploring the resort's neighborhood are available free of charge as well as kayaks and snorkeling equipment.

Swimming Pools :

The resort has two magnificent swimming pools.

The main pool decorated with oriental sculptures has three levels, two of which
can be used as paddling pools for children. The pool is located by the beach and has magnificent views.

The resort's 50 meter Leelawadee Lap
Pool is located adjacent to the Deluxe
Room building and offers a truly Olympic experience as well as a tropical, peaceful
and quiet environment.

The Lotus meeting room offers small exclusive groups an option to meet on Koh Samui with an emphasis on service and meeting delivery.
The ballroom, divisible into two sections, an area of 120 square meters (1,292 square feet), is ideal for an intimate boardroom set up, cocktail party, wedding reception or a gala dinner. The inviting pre-function meeting space is great for small coffee breaks. Themed events and corporate teambuilding exploring our diverse locations can also be arranged to cater to each client's specific requirements.

Airport Access : Koh Samui is easily accessible, there are numerous daily flights by Bangkok Airways from Bangkok, and Phuket. There are also direct international flights from Singapore and Hongkong. The flying time from Bangkok and Phuket to Koh Samui is forty-five (45) minutes.
Departure tax for domestic as well as international flights is charged.

Airport Transportation : The Resort's luxurious limousine service is available for hire for airport transfers and private trips, with a maximum of three persons per vehicle. Larger vehicles are available for families and groups.

Tapas :
this open air pavilion boasts a truly relaxing atmosphere. The menu's developed encompasses the idea of people sharing an experience and features a medley of tapas from both the Iberian Peninsula and traditional Thai dishes. While tasting and sampling these special savories, guests may enjoy sangria made from a special recipe, superb dry sherry or a variety of cocktails prepared by skilled bartenders all the while listening to the melodic sounds and song of Iberia - the home of tapas.

Pool Bars :
The resort features two pool bars including one at the Resort's beach overlooking the Gulf of Siam and at the Leelawadee pool enveloped in beautiful gardens and landscaping. A selection of cocktails, drinks, salads, sandwiches and Asian-influenced casual fare are offered at both pools.

Romantic Dining : can be reserved at our Beach Sala with beautiful views of the Gulf of Siam. What a perfect way to surprise a loved one, with personal butler service, and a choice of either Thai or international 4 course set menus. A la carte dining is also available. We suggest that bookings be made 24 hours in advance as the sala needs to be decorated with tropical flowers and candles for that very special ambiance.

Quan Spa is the spiritual gateway where one can sooth the body, relax the mind and recharge the senses. Quan means "water", an element that all cultures equate with healing and healthy living.

The Spa is set majestically among huge natural rocks amidst the resort's lush tropical gardens with sweeping views of the Lamai Bay. Close attention has been paid to the Spa's garden decor, from numerous oriental touches through to ornamental fountains and stone friezes creating an ambiance of inner peace and tranquility.

The Spa offers a wonderful range of traditional and western treatments. Five authentic thatched roof salas located literally on the sea's edge cater for outdoor Thai massage or can be used for meditation and relaxation. Four massage double treatment suites with private bathroom featuring unique Thai decor offer air-conditioned comfort. The Spa also has private sauna baths and whirlpools, and a well equipped fitness centre.
