• Rates above are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Government Tax

• Rates above are inclusive American Buffet Breakfast

• Each room allows maximum 2 persons.

• The 3 person has to pay for extra bed at THB 1,500 with American Breakfast.
• Child Policy :
  - No room charge for child from 3-11 years old if sharing room with adults and utilizing same beds. Compulsory brakfast for child is THB 400 /child/meal
  - child from 3-11 years old WITH extra bed is charged at THB 1,000 per person per day including American Breakfast during low and at THB 1,200 per person per day including American Breakfast during high and peak sasons
  - Child under 3 years old will be provided a baby cot at free of charge
  
• Family Plan :
  - Maximum 1 child sharing room with their parent is permitted in Superior garden.
  - Maximum 2 children sharing room with their parent is permitted in other room type.
  

• Airport transfer between Samui airport – Hotel is at THB 300 per person per way.

• Check-in time is after 3.00pm and check-out time is before 12.00noon. Request for early check-in will be subject to space availability. However, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved the night prior to arrival of the clients. Request for late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure
