Location : On the southern coast of Koh Samui some 35 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from the town of Lamai. In the Summer low tide season when the reef is dry for over 100m, this opens the beach and reef up to all sorts of other activities such as beach volleyball, football or simply exploring the rock pools and collecting shellfish.

Villa La Lagune is an outstanding property that symbolizes all that is expected from staying in a luxurious beachfront property in a relatively untouched area of Koh Samui. Sitting stylishly on Laem Set Beach on the south coast of the island, the villa is bound within its own large tropical garden with tennis court and represents the best of the indoor/outdoor living concept

La Lagune with its neutral tones has also instilled natural touches of wood, glass and stone to accentuate the beauty of the property and the environment it lies. Together these aspects have created a truly functional and appealing home. You notice this instantly as you enter the property and met with an enormous expanse of lush green grass with tropical garden beds throughout leading to the sea to your right and the tennis court and villa to your left. Walking through the villas gates you are immersed into the grassy inner courtyard of the home in which all of the five bedrooms face towards.

Consisting of 5 bedrooms in total, 3 doubles (all with king-size beds) and 2 twins (each with two single beds), all rooms have en-suite bathrooms with covered outdoor showers and large built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom, with its stunning sea-views, also has a plasma TV and home cinema as well as a large Jacuzzi tub in its bathroom.

At the end of the central courtyard you come to the large living/dining and kitchen area with huge wrap around bi-fold doors that open the area to the sites, smells and sounds of the sea only steps away. This elegant living area also looks out over the large white-stone patio/BBQ lounge area and the villas swimming pool with adjacent sala.

With another wide-screen plasma TV and Bose sound system in the lounge, gourmet kitchen and dining table with seating for 12 this space is perfect for entertaining or just whiling away the days in this tropical haven.

The villas large tropical garden is perfect for entertaining or games and with its own Thai style Sala located on the beach it is also ideal for relaxation. From all of points of view from this area of the home, depending on the time of year, either sunrise or sunset can be viewed with the nearby offshore islands creating a stunning backdrop.

La Lagune has been built with a lot of thought in mind to cater as a multi-functional property. • Remark (*) Minimum stay are require of each period :
  * Intermediate Seasons and High Season: minimum 3 nights stay is required
  * Prime Season : minimum 5 nights stay is required
  * Christmas & New Year :
     - 7 nights minimum for all villas
     - For a booking overlapping Christmas & New Year, a minimum of 10 nights is required

• Wedding and Private Parties :
  - For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
  * Premium of US$1,200+ (subject to 7% tax) for up to 80 guests
  * Premium of US$1,500+ (subject to 7% tax) for 81-120 guests
  * Premium of US$1,800+ (subject to 7% tax) for 121-150 guests
  - A refundable guarantee deposit of US$1,500 is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site.
  - A cleaning fee of up to US$350 will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
  - The above premium are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges)
  - All villas can only accommodate a limited number of guests, depending on the property.
