Rates

Rates are quote in THAI BAHT, per room NOT per person

• Rates above are inclusive of 10% service charge , 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax

• Rate above are inclusive of daily ABF.

• Maximum of persons per Villa is as follows:
  - 1 Bedroom – 2 Adults / 2 Child
  - 2 Bedrooms – 4 Adults / 2 Child per one bedroom
  - 3 Bedrooms – 6 Adults / 2 Child per one bedroom

• Day Use : Day use is outside allocation and is on a request basis pending space availability at 50% of room rates

• Extra Bed : For child 12 years old and third person the extra will be charge of THB 1,500 included breakfast. Maximum 1 extra bed per room

• Meals Rates :
  - Lunch (Thai set) : Adult THB 600 per couple
  - Lunch (Western set) Adult THB 600 per person
  - Dinner (Thai set) Adult THB 800  per couple 
  - Dinner (Western set) Adult THB 1,000 per person
  - Private BBQ Dinner Adult THB 1,800 per person (Available only in Pool Villa)
  - 50% off for child between 4 – 11 years old of age.

• Children’s Policy :
  - Children 0-11 years old sharing existing bed with parents will be free, if require for extra bed charge 1,500Baht included breakfast / night
  - A Baby cot can provide at no cost for infant.
  - Children 4-11 years old will be charged at THB 325 for American Breakfast. 

• Compulsory Gala Dinner :
  - Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on December 24, 2009 adult THB 4,000
  - New Year Eve Gala Dinner on December 31, 2009 adult THB 5,000
  - Child 4-11 years old will be charged at 50% of the above subject

• Complimentary :
  - Welcome Fresh fruits basket/plate in villa upon arrival
  - Welcome drink served and flower garland upon check-in
  - Roundtrip Transfer from Samui Airport to Resort
  - Wireless Internet in room and public area.

• Complimentary for Honeymooners :
  - Honeymoon cake

• Check in time is 2:00 PM

• Check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out up until 06.00 pm. is subject to a charge of 50% of the existing room rate and thereafter an addition full night charge

• Early check-out : Unused night are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the resort at least  48 hour prior to arrival. Extensions of stay are subject to space and rate available
