• Rates above are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Government Tax

• Check in time is 14.00 pm. Check out time is 12.00 pm. The hotel is not required to have rooms available before 12.00 hrs., but will do its best to have room ready for early arrival when notified

• Late check out can be requested but depending on availability with an extra charge
  - From 12.00 to 18.00 pm. surcharge at THB 1,000 for Superior, Deluxe and THB 1,500 for Iyara, Cabana and Suite
  - From 12.00 until the last flight schedule will be charged half price of room rate

  - A maximum of 1 Child under 4 years of age may sharing any room with 1 or 2 Adults room is Free of Charge, utilizing existing bed or maximum 1 baby cot
  - A maximum of 1 Child between 4-12 years of age may sharing any room with 1 or 2 Adults room, utilizing existing bed at THB 471 nett with Breakfast. 
  - Otherwise, utilizing a maximum of 1 extra bed with Breakfast at THB 900 nett
