I came to Koh Samui in late March 2004 for a week & stayed at the New Hut Resort. The city & the Resort was absolutely great in every way. We raelly had the best time .. oh & the people of this Island were the most friendliest people we have ever met anywhere. Thanks Koh Samui & Kapkun Kap Thailand .... we will definitly be comming there in few months again.

I stayed at the Crystal bay resort in April in a delux room. The room cost just £25 per night double occupancy. Crystal bay offers the best private beach on the island. It is paradise. The photographs dont do it justice. The beach is staggering and unspoilt with few people knowing of its wereabouts. I've seen many beaches around the world and this is definately top of my list. Crystal bay resort is perfect to share with a loved one. I just have to return once again in my lifetime.

Agree 100% with Janet below. If you are on Samui and want to try a great place then we highly recommend _Cafe del Mar_ in Bophut. It is along the beach road, right opposite the pier. Great decor, fantastic music, delicious food - both Thai and western (and vegetarian), and the most friendly staff we've ever met. Just perfect! If you go there please say hello to everyone for us!
