Koh Samui's most beautiful & popular beaches.
A reef situated some 150 meters off the beach affords a safe bathing
environment for both non-swimmers & children, ensuring a relaxing,
worry-free time for all the family
Constanza is comprised of a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Each
apartment having its own balcony or terrace overlooking the poolside
and/or gardens.
All apartments are spacious & tastefully decorated -with wood fittings &
fixtures incorporating local arts & crafts, which reflect the relaxing
atmosphere 'Island-life,' has to offer. Apartments are fitted with
air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable or satellite TV, hair-dryer &
mini-bar facility. |

Each apartment has a breakfast bar, allowing our guest the opportunity
to enjoy a light snack or beverage 24 hours a day (in the interests of
safety, cookers are not fitted).
Due to our intimate size & the close proximity of Chaweng's many
excellent & varied restaurants, Constanza has no restaurant, however, we
do offer a full menu on a "room service" basis.
For those guests not wishing to 'dine out,' several of Chaweng's
restaurants do offer a 'take-away & delivery' service. |

bathroom, the second bedroom has both a double & a single bed so is
suitable for two people sharing. There is a large living area with a 42”

overlooking the pool.

kitchenette/living area with a 28” widescreen TV & multiregional DVD player and a
terrace.
