The 247-square-kilometre Samui island is Surat Thani's major tourist attraction. Located 258 autical miles south of Bangkok, and some 84 kilometers east of Surat Thani, Koh Samui measures some 21 kilometers at its widest point, and 25 kilometer at its longest.

A 51-kilometer ring and largely coastal road encircles the island, which has numerous lovely beaches and bays, and is almost literally an island of coconuts and forested hills.

We are ideally located in the heart of Chaweng Beach on a peaceful, private and shady 9,600 square meter property.

In each of our 45 comfortable air conditioned units you will be able to enjoy modern facilities including hot and cold water, refrigerator, mini bar, telephone, satellite TV and swimming pool.

Rates

Rates are quote in THAI BAHT, per room NOT per person

• Rates above are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Government Tax

• Rates above are inclusive daily American Breakfast.

• Extra Bed is chargeable inclusive breakfast.

• Extra ABF: THB 200 for adult and  THB 100 for child 6 – 12 years old

• Children Policy :
  - No room charge for one child sharing room with parents without extra bed.
  - Compulsory breakfast will be charge THB 100 per person per day for child 6 – 12 years old and  THB 200 per person per day for child 12 years old and above.
  - Maximum 2 adults and 1 child per room.
  - Baby cot is available on request for free of charge.

• Compulsory Gala Dinner :
  - New Year Eve on 31 December is THB 1,800 per person for Adult and Child 6-12 years is THB 900

• Check in time is after 13:00 hrs.

• Check out time is 12:00 noon.

• Late check out surcharge 100 baht per hour, but not late than 17:00 hrs.

• Late check out surcharge of one night after 17:00 hrs.

• Early check out extra charge on night from the total stay of each room.
