Deluxe Gardenview

Total size (incl. Private Terrace / Balcony): 50 sq. m.

The deluxe room features a modern bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 2 wash basins, king sized bed or twin beds, and a terrace or Balcony with outdoor furniture.

Connecting rooms and non-smoking rooms are available.

Deluxe Ocean View Room

Total size (incl. Private Terrace / Balcony): 50 sq. m.
 

The deluxe room features a modern bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 2 wash basins, King size bed or twin beds are available.

The large Terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, and as special feature, with an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Junior Suite

Total size (incl. Private Terrace): 70 sq.m.
 

The Junior Suite on the top floor of the low-rise hotel building comprises of a modern bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 2 wash basins, and a separated living- and sleeping area with king-sized bed.

The large Terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, and as special feature, with an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Garden Villa

Total size (incl. Private Terrace): 75 sq. m.
 

A contemporary Mediterranean style Villa, with a living area adjacent to the sleeping area and with your choice of a king-sized bed, twin beds or a Honeymoon bed. The large bathroom features two vanity sinks, separate bathtub and shower and toilet.

Each Garden Villa also has a large Terrace with outdoor furniture and is surrounded by our lush, tropical garden.

Connecting Villas and non-smoking Villas are available.

Beachfront Villa

Total size (incl. Private Terrace and Garden): (TBA) sq. m.

The Resorts two Beachfront Villas are contemporary Mediterranean style Villas, with a living area adjacent to the sleeping area with your choice of either a Honeymoon bed, or twin beds. The large bathroom features two vanity sinks, separate bathtub, in- and outdoor Showers, and toilet.

Each Beachfront Villa has a Terrace with outdoor furniture. The beautiful garden features an outdoor Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf of Thailand.

Pool Villa

Total size (incl. Private Terrace, Garden and Private Pool): 180 sq. m.
 

The most luxurious accommodation in the Resort, the Pool Villas are contemporary Mediterranean style Villas with a living area adjacent to the sleeping area, equipped with comfortable king-sized bed. The large bathroom features two vanity sinks, separate bathtub, in- and outdoor Showers, and toilet.

Each Pool Villa has a walk-in closet and a Terrace with outdoor furniture, a private Pool (size 2.80m x 6.30m) and is surrounded by landscaped partitions for absolute privacy.

Rates

Rates are quote in THAI BAHT, per room NOT per person

• Rates above are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Government Tax

• Rates above are inclusive Breakfast

• Extra bed, will be charged THB 2,300 net/night inclusive of breakfast

• Remark (*) Minimum Stay 5 Nights

• Day Use Rates:
  - From 14.00 to 18.00 hours : 01.09.09 to 22.12.09 and 11.01.1 to 31.10.10 at 50% off the existing rates per individual unit.
  - From 14.00 to 18.00 hours: 23.12.09 to 10.01.10 at 15% off the existing rates per individual unit.

• Transfer Rate:
  - From / To - Samui Airport / Hotel ( One way) : THB 600 net per van. This rate is applicable for 5 persons, additional Person will be charged THB 100 net per person per way

• Children Policy :
  - A child 2 -11.99 years old will stay free of charge when sharing with their parents base on room only, should an extra bed, will be charge at THB 1,900 net/night inclusive of breakfast.
  - Complimentary baby cot for child under 2 years old

• Compulsory Gala Dinner :Child under 12 years old 50% discount
  - Christmas Eve 24 Dec'09-10 : THB 3,500 per person
  - New Year's Eve 31 Dec'09-10 : THB 7,000 per person
  - Compulsory Gala Dinner for children 4 -11.99 years old Will be charged at 50% from normal rate

  - Join Buffet Breakfast : THB 750 net per person per meal
  - Lunch ( Set Menu) : THB 850 net per person per meal
  - Dinner ( Set Menu) : THB 1,500 net per person per meal
  - Children 2 -11.99 years old will be charged 50% of the above meal rates.

• Honeymoon & Wedding Anniversaries (Minimum 5 nights stay)
  All Honeymoon guests and Wedding Anniversary stay at normal rate will receive following additional benefits:(Honeymooner must be clearly specified upon booking reservation made and printed on the voucher to validate the correct offer)
  - Double bed guarantee.

• Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). The resort will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified.
