A shimmering corridor of green palm-leaves guides you from the Estate Gate to the main building. Within is a state-of-the-art entertainment area (including a plasma TV, full-surround stereo system, a DVD/CD library, pool with sun deck and dining area). Also for your convenience, you are provided with a fully equipped working office (ADSL internet, fax, and phone) and a King-size bedroom with attached bathroom.

Take in the spacious interior, the ceilings that rise to expansive heights, or breathe in an astonishing view towards the beach from across your private travertine pool and feel the aquamarine waters match with the ocean in front of you.

A unique design and welcoming style is found in each of the four bedroom suite. You will know the meaning of exclusivity regardless of which room you choose. Depending on your preferences, you may wish to stay in the bedroom (king size bed) with its own roof terrace and outdoor bathroom (main pavilion).

From here you will enjoy a 360-degree view embracing the entire property. Alternatively, you may sleep in the stunning bedroom (king size bed) with its own roof terrace; or you may opt for one of the two bedroom (furnished with two queen size beds).

These suites are situated in a flowery private garden with its own green sun terrace. Due to the vastness of the property, and the arrangement of its accommodations, each guest is afforded an incredible view while preserving an environment of optimum privacy.

On the way down to the beach another pavilions host the private spa with the steam bath (sauna). Perched high on the palm filled cliff looking out over the sea the tentative hands of our spa therapist makes you forget about all the hassle of the past. Let her pamper you from top to toe. After your rejuvenation try the steam bath (sauna).

The last pavilion hosts the live-in employee and service area as well as the private gym. In itself, the professionally equipped gym is an experience at Villa Beige. It offers the latest Life Fitness machines, free weights and is air-conditioned, and has a full-mirrored wall and CD player. Considering that it stands 15 meters (45 feet) above the ground, and you can see how the gym club has one of the best views of any on the property.

• Rates above are subject to 10% Service Charge and 7% Government Tax

• Remark (*) Minimum stay are require of each period :
  * Intermediate Seasons and High Season: minimum 3 nights stay is required
  * Prime Season : minimum 5 nights stay is required
  * Christmas & New Year :
     - 7 nights minimum for all villas
     - For a booking overlapping Christmas & New Year, a minimum of 10 nights is required
• Wedding and Private Parties :
  - For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
  * Premium of US$1,200+ (subject to 7% tax) for up to 80 guests
  * Premium of US$1,500+ (subject to 7% tax) for 81-120 guests
  * Premium of US$1,800+ (subject to 7% tax) for 121-150 guests
  - A refundable guarantee deposit of US$1,500 is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site.
  - A cleaning fee of up to US$350 will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
  - The above premium are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges)
  - All villas can only accommodate a limited number of guests, depending on the property.
