The Beach Village House is in a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The villa is set in Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui.

With an unspoiled beaches in the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast, Samui Beach Village has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Close to many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling.

It is only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, yet you will feel you are on your own tropical island paradise.

Samui itself is also home to excellent medical care, with hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies all around the island. Together with all the various Thai health spas, many of which are within a short distance of Samui Beach Village, all your health care needs can be satisfied.

This beautiful interior designed 3 bedroom luxury villa has a private swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi pool. The house is set in tropical landscaped gardens and located in a tranquil beachside village community.

The Beach Village House provides a luxury holiday home for those who are seeking peace and security set beside an unspoilt beach on Koh Samui's quiet south east coast.

This single storey property is deceptively roomy as once inside there is a feeling of spaciousness and total luxury. The interior decoration is the last word in cool contemporary design.

A corridor from the living area leads to two further luxuriously furnished double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom to the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a secondary garden providing a cool shady relaxing area.

The third bedroom also has a private garden terrace. A guest bathroom off the living area completes the accommodation

Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers.

In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail.

The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and ADSL internet connection are provided for guest's entertainment.

There is also a full-time villa manageress who can help ensure you have a perfect holiday. An integral part of the fully serviced accommodation, Fiona, supported by three members of staff, takes care of the rooms, gardens and pools. She can also arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish, or provide food or wine/drinks and organize tours, activities or taxis. There is also the villa car available for rent. We can even arrange for you to have a massage and beauty treatments in your own sala.
