• Suites are 63 and 73 sq meters respectively.

• An inter leading door on the balcony connects with the balcony of a superior room which makes these suites suitable for families.
• Both have a large balcony that overlook the lush garden setting.
• Both have day beds set on the balcony and a ceiling fan.

While staying in our Villa it is easy to feel that your family is Bandara’s exclusive guests. It is also easy to understand how after staying in these Villa the idea of a box style hotel room just might be impossible to endure

Each of our Villa is landscaped to blend within its own lush garden. The interior is done with a tropical theme of open space and a vaulted ceiling complete with an ornate ceiling fan. For a view of your private garden there is a full width picture window. A personal 3X3 meters pool is also provided allowing for unseen swimming. Your pool has an alfresco deck for relaxing on either of the two sun beds, dining, or private Thai massage

Perhaps the most unique attribute of our Bandara Villa is the extra large bathroom with a cozy shower, toilet, and twin vanity units. Off of this bathroom is a glass patio door which opens to a uniquely Bandara secret garden, where an organic sunken bathtub and exotic rain-shower await your personal bliss – nature and luxury have never been so pleasurably combined

• Rate quoted are inclusive daily American Breakfast for maximum 2 persons.

• Children Policy :
  - Children less than 5 years are welcome to share the room with there parent on a complimentary basis with daily breakfast provided free of charge
  - Child between the ages of 5-12 is welcome to share a room with there paren using the day bed inclusive of American Breakfast at THB 260 per child, maximum 1 child
  - Maximum of 2 child are permitted to join their parents on the existing bed configuration in the Deluxe Twin Room (no extra bed is allowed in room) will be charge for American Breakfast only THB 260 per child

• Meal Rates :
  - American Breakfast : THB 520 for adult and THB 260 for child (5-12 years old)
  - Lunch (Table d'hote) : THB 600 for adult and THB 300 for child (5-12 years old)
  - Dinner (Table d'hote) : THB 850 for adult and THB 425 for child (5-12 years old)

• Transfer Rates :
  - Samui Airport to Hotel or vice versa at THB 280 person /one way. A 50% discount for child under 12 years old.

• Compusory :
  - New Year Eve 31 Dec'10 THB 5,000 for adult and THB 2,500 for child
